Need fresh eyes on your business?
I've always been a visualizer. I’ve always been able to look at something and see what it could be.
As a kid, I’d find our family box of construction paper scraps, random sequins, and cotton balls and see the birthday card it was going to be for my mom.
As an adult, my love of creativity and color led me to a degree in interior design. When my husband and I bought our first house—a brown and orange 80’s mess with red shag carpet—I saw what it could be.
On our newlywed budget, we transformed that house into the vision in my head: a beautiful, inviting home (that, turns out, wasn’t complete until we threw in two kids and a golden retriever).

And before my web design career, I taught middle school for 16 years. I LOVED helping kids discover their voice. I’d find the shy student in the corner with the messy first draft and the stories in her heart, and I’d see the confident writer I knew she could become.
I understand that your business is built on your passion: the talents and gifts that only you have to offer.

Alma mater: Michigan State University—for all three of my degrees. My husband likes to remind me that “a lot of people go to college for seven years. They’re called doctors.”
